NO! Our plans are month to month, and you are never locked in for longer than you want!

We know that life throws us curveballs now and again. While having consistent task and accounting services is the most optimal scenario for your business, we are always willing to work with our clients to take a month or two off, or temporarily downgrade, due to unforeseen cashflow issues.

It depends on what your needs are! You can have one dedicated VA or Bookkeeper to handle all of your needs. But we also see the value in having a team of specialized professionals to focus on each of you specific projects.

We know that not every personality works well together. If you have any problems or concerns, you can simply notify us and we can find a solution or make a better fit immediately!

That is the benefit of a team! While most of us have the ability to work from anywhere, unplugging sometimes is necessary selfcare. In that case, you will be informed well in advance, and arrangements will be made to optimally fill any needs you will have for that period.

While each team member may have their own specifications, assume that you can reach them between the normal operating hours of 8am EST and 5pm EST. Accommodations are regularly made to suit various time zones in the US and internationally.

It happens! Your remote team member has been so Amazing that you want to bring them on to your Full Time Staff! We love that! All of our team members are independent contractors and can chose to join your permanent team as a W2 employee at any time. As long as everyone has appropriate notice and contract obligations have been met, enjoy your newest full time employee!
